new look on the military
In "To Be In The Military, Or Not To Be" Charleen Fischer recalls her military life and talks about some of the decisions we must make before we enlist in the army. I really like how she talked on both sides of each situation. She explains the pros and cons of entering the army. For example, by joining the army and being deployed in a warzone means you wont see your family for a while and life as a civilian will be hard. Also, through her writings you can feel a sense of pride she has gained. I really enjoyed reading about a topic i wanted to ignore. It gives me a sense of respect to the people who fought for this country.
