stress is a monster!!


This book really grasp what everyday life is like. the book is called stressed out by Samantha Woody. In a short summary she talks about people going through stress and how to control and prevent it. I like how the author gets into how stress can happen. For instance, she looked at it in a students point of view and how they can be stressed with grades and social life. She also had a part where parents and children could probably relate to. I think by reading this you gain some insight in how to avoid being stressed.
